Enter to Win a 50" HDTV

Employees and immediate family members of employees of the Easy Fundraising Ideas, its associated companies, professional advisers, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Easy Fundraising Ideas “HDTV Drawing”. The Drawing is only open in states and nations where the Drawing complies with local law AND THE DRAWING IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Entrants must by at least 18 years and have a valid email address. There will be one HGTV per 25,000 entrants. The Drawing will commence immediately after that number of entrants have submitted their entries. A total of up to 10 TV’s will be offered as prizes.

There is no cash alternative to the prizes, and Easy Fundraising Ideas shall have the right to substitute the prizes being offered with one of equal or greater value. The prize winners (and not Easy Fundraising Ideas) shall be responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes incurred by them related to the receipt of any prize they win in the Drawing. Each entrant is limited to one successful entry. The decision of Easy Fundraising Ideas will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners should allow 28 days for delivery of the prize, after notification was received. Shipping will be paid by Easy Fundraising Ideas, which accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or delayed in delivery by post.

Entries will only be accepted by entrants that live in one of the 48 Continental United States. Each of the winners will be notified by e-mail no later than ten days after the close of the Drawing. The winner will have 10 days to claim their prize by responding to the notification via email. If the winner does not respond within 10 days Easy Fundraising Ideas, at its sole discretion, can choose another winner.

Easy Fundraising Ideas does not accept responsibility for: (1) lost, late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications; (2) any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, Internet, Web site, or other access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of an entrant to enter the Drawing; or (3) for any event which may cause the Drawing to be disrupted or corrupted. Entrants who submit duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Easy Fundraising Ideas disclaims any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the Web site, users, equipment used in the Drawing, or by human or technical errors related to the submission of entries and makes no warranties or guarantees in relation to the prizes.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Drawing. Details given on entry to the Drawing will only be used by the Easy Fundraising Ideas and its partners in accordance with its privacy policy and as otherwise stated. All entrants will be added to Easy Fundraising Ideas’ promotional email list. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time and unsubscribing will not affect the chance to win the Drawing.

Easy Fundraising Ideas may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawing or these terms and conditions prior to the cessation of the Drawing for any reason, including for technical reasons such as computer viruses, bugs, tampering, technical failures or lack of entrants.

By entering the Drawing, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which are governed by the law of the State of Texas. Easy Fundraising Ideas and all entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of the State of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Drawing and submit all such disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas, provided that for the exclusive benefit of Easy Fundraising Ideas and it shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the state of an entrant's residence.
